I've seen better, but worse too
The location was fantastic, just minutes from the train station, and the staff displayed extraordinary friendliness. I was especially impressed with Dragon, were very good to assist us.
The room's size was a letdown, with limited storage making it tough to organize our belongings. The small bathroom was awkwardly laid out.

The hotel was reasonably clean and romantic, had nice views over the garden. Had reasonably sized and newly decorated room with private bathroom and central heating, a safe, and multi-channel television. A train station was located close to the venue.

room was right and bathroom was big. Everything was very clean. Breakfast was good. Variety of sweet and salty. hot dishes: scrambled omelette, hard-boiled eggs, sausages, bacon.. In short, good value for money. receptionist when we arrived was Spanish and gave us all sorts of explanations about what to see in the city.
Within hours of making the reservation we were charged for the room. So far so good, nothing to object to, as other hotels do. the next day, we were already staying at the hotel, they also kept the amount of the cancellation on our card, as if we were not there. We complained at the reception desk, they told us that this was the hotel's policy and that the money would be released within 48 hours. As the days passed and money did not arrive, I wrote to the hotel and they told me to be patient. Finally it arrived, after 10 days.

The location, just a short walk from the train station, makes traveling along the French Riviera convenient. The breakfast offers a good assortment, including freshly brewed coffee that can set a pleasant tone for the day. The lack of a mini fridge in the room was disappointing, and the bathroom could use some updates. While the AC worked well, the dining area could benefit from additional staff during busy times to manage the influx of guests more efficiently.

Breakfast is included in the room rate. There are muesli, cereals, frescos, eggs, cheese and ham, bacon, croissants, bread and jams. It's good coffee. It's a good location if, like we came by train. We arrived late, stopped for the night and moved closer to the sea in the morning. If it's a permanent stop, it's a long way from the center... Rooms are clean, bathrobes and supplies for guests. The walls are thick, you can't hear the neighbors, beautiful hotel building, balconies. After leaving the hotel there was a letter of gratitude, a personalized mailing list is always the right move.
Expensive for these conditions. Stopped in the junior suite, number does not pull on this status, even with a folded sofa is very small. lot of non-functional furniture - curbstones without shelves (just dice) interfere with the aisles to the bed, desktop takes up a lot of space, using it, you deprive others of the opportunity to move around the room. There is a mini coffee corner with a capsule coffee maker, it is so mini that it is almost impossible to make coffee and put it next to you without dropping it. It is good to change the concept and add at least shelves above it. It's a very heavy design for such a small room. Dark blue color and many elements of marine themes presses and visually makes the room even smaller. bath is uncomfortable at all, close, bathing children is unreal. The lift tiny. I with two children have been compelled to lower carriages by turns, tk really in the lift will fit 1 person and 1 stroller, For settlement with two children. two strollers and two suitcases it was necessary to take a ride on the lift 6 times, Definitely for families with children I do not recommend this hotel.

Very unpleasant. The staff is unfriendly and unprofessional, they are completely unable to respond to the clients' needs. The Hotel is located in a bad area, just opposite to the station and far from the historic centre. The prices are unreasonable high and completely out of the market. I would never suggest this hotel to anyone

Group looking for convenience
The location was perfect. We arrived on bicycles, unusual, but the staff was very helpful and accommodating, especially David who checked us in. We got free coffee at the terrace, a nice touch.
It wasn't expensive,, but still on the higher side.

We were given the keys to a room on the first floor which was spacious and overlooking the garden but had a french balcony and only one chair. We asked if there was a room with a walk on balcony and were offered the room adjacent which had a "Power Shower !" and two chairs. All in all, most satisfactory. All the staff were extremely helpful.
We would get back to the Hotel late afternoon to relax and refresh ourselves before our evening venture into the city centre for a meal. Unfortunately, the chairs were not so comfortable to relax in. They were wrought iron and with a basic foam cushion to sit on so your back rested against iron bars. Perhaps the management should consider seats/chairs with upholstered backs.

The hotel had a charming outdoor bar that was perfect for enjoying morning coffee, adding to its unique vibe. The bathroom's layout left something to be desired, feeling a bit cramped. The lack of parking directly at the hotel was a slight inconvenience.

The hotel is very close to Nice railway station and not far away from the beach. It takes only 2 minutes to arrive at the railway station and about 15 minutes to get to the beach on foot. The receptionist was very kind. When he saw that my friend and I are both girls, he gave an unasked-for advice to change a room having two beds for us. He's patient to tell us how to get to Vieux Nice. And there're free maps of Nice which guests can take away. The room is quite big and there're TV, airconditioner, clear towels, soap, shampoo and hair drier in the room.
There's a large piece of dirt in the carpet in the room we lived.

Not that I did not like it, just for information, the hotel is not new, repair errors are visible, but the background of everything else is fading.
